Job summary

CMC Markets in Sydney is seeking a Client Services Representative to be the voice of the brand, answering client queries across phone, email, live chat and messaging, and delivering outstanding service that keeps customers coming back.

Based in our Chatswood office, you’ll receive comprehensive training including RG146 regulatory qualification, learn our cutting-edge trading platforms, and grow your career within a supportive fintech environment that values curiosity and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation in a client-centric environment.
• Passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry.
• English and Mandarin communication (oral and written).
• Resilience and adaptability in a high-volume call centre.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industry-leading reputation.
• Participate in a rotating schedule between 7:30am and 8:00pm.
