Job summary

FP Markets, a globally regulated Australian broker, is recruiting a Full-Time Customer Support Specialist for our Sydney office. You will assist customers via phone, email and live chat, guiding them through our trading platforms and website to deliver a smooth client journey.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent English, has strong Microsoft Office skills and a passion for customer service. FX/CFD knowledge is a plus; willingness to work public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge and experience in FX, CFD industry will be considered advantageous.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Knowledge of additional language will be an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to work on public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by telephone, email and live chat
• Educating clients on how to use the Company’s website and trading platforms
• Communicating with clients regarding the company’s products and services via telephone, email and live chat
• Assisting other departments
