Job summary

FP Markets is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for our Sydney office. You will deliver a smooth client experience by assisting customers across phone, email, and live chat, while guiding them on our trading platforms.

The role emphasises building trust, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting clients throughout their trading journey. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be part of a dynamic, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge and experience in FX, CFD industry will be considered advantageous.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Knowledge of additional language will be an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to work on public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by telephone, email and live chat
• Educating clients on how to use the Company's website and trading platforms
• Communicating with clients regarding the company's products and services via telephone, email and live chat
• Assisting other departments
