Job summary

National Australia Bank seeks an Associate to join the Trade Working Capital team, delivering customer-first outcomes across trade, cash flow and financing needs. You will support Directors and senior stakeholders, managing a portfolio of TWC clients and driving annual reviews end-to-end.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, process improvement, and contributing to NAB’s leadership position in Trade & Supply Chain Finance through proactive, cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in banking or financial services.
• Exposure to Trade Finance, Working Capital or lending products.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across teams.
• High attention to detail with risk awareness.
• Customer-first mindset with process improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Support Directors and senior stakeholders in managing a portfolio of Trade & Working Capital clients.
• Drive delivery of annual reviews across client portfolios, owning timelines and outcomes end-to-end.
• Assist with account management for Trade and Corporate Receivables clients.
• Contribute to portfolio performance by supporting ROE management.
• Deliver great customer experiences that strengthen advocacy for TWC and NAB.
• Build internal awareness of TWC solutions by partnering with stakeholders across the bank.
• Share insights and build capability across TWC products, supporting continuous improvement.
• Be a key driver in maintaining NAB's position in Trade & Supply Chain Finance metrics.
