Job summary

National Australia Bank in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Corporate C&IB CSE team, delivering end-to-end transaction execution from credit memo and modelling through to documentation and stakeholder recommendations.

You will partner with client coverage, markets and products, manage risk and compliance, support structuring, and coach junior team members while upholding customer-centric standards.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical, credit and financial analysis capability.
• Understanding of debt and financial markets products, with solid credit and execution experience (including documentation).
• Proven ability to work across internal stakeholders and deliver in a regulated, compliance-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Client Coverage, Markets and Products, plus internal partners to deliver strong customer satisfaction and drive growth
• Manage ongoing risk profile monitoring and compliance requirements across assigned client groups, keeping portfolio hygiene to a high standard
• Support transaction structuring and end-to-end execution, including credit submissions, financial modelling, documentation, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Embed quality, consistency and continuous improvement in CSE, improving turnaround times and managing business risks
• Provide strong stakeholder management and coach junior team members (Associates/Analysts) to uplift capability and performance
