CommBank is seeking a Manager Trade Support in Sydney to lead a specialist team responsible for collateral, futures, brokerage and reconciliations. You will partner with Trading, Sales, Treasury, Risk, Finance and Technology to ensure accurate, timely operations in a regulated environment.

The role requires demonstrated people leadership, strong stakeholder management and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced trading setting. Hybrid work with in-office presence is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Markets, Market Operations, Trade Support, Middle Office or Treasury Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Collateral Management, Futures Operations, Brokerage processing and Reconciliations.
• Proven people leadership including coaching, performance management and development.
• Risk and controls mindset in a regulated environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 6 specialists.
• Manage collateral operations including margin calls, disputes and movements.
• Oversee futures processing and timely operational obligations.
• Manage brokerage payments and associated controls.
• Ensure daily reconciliations are accurate and resolve exceptions.
• Monitor operational risks and drive remediation activities.
• Build relationships with Front Office, Finance, Risk and counterparties.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, controls and service outcomes.
• Provide management reporting and performance updates.
• Support new products, system enhancements and regulatory changes.
• Escalate issues and ensure effective resolution.
