Job summary

Pointer, a Brisbane-headquartered offshore staffing and operations business, is hiring a Sales Development Representative to fuel offshore growth. This hybrid Brisbane role offers a $80K base + $120K OTE and a fast, four-week cycle from discovery to close.

You’ll own the first conversations with brokerage principals, handle inbound and outbound inquiries, qualify fast, and book qualified discovery meetings for the BDMs.

Qualifications

• High-volume, target-driven SDR experience preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales and outbound prospecting.
• Comfort with phone-based outreach and inbound inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Own the first conversation with brokerage principals (phone-first).
• Qualify and book discovery meetings from inbound and outbound leads.
• Build and maintain target lists by region and size.
• Keep CRM clean and provide handover notes for closers.
