Job summary

• Ability to design, plan and deliver training for adults.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver clear, practical training, including onboarding for new staff.
• Work with the team to identify learning needs and create training materials.
• Design engaging courses using online tools, videos, role-plays and activities.
• Coordinate training with external providers and ensure it meets staff needs.
• Review course results, test learning and improve materials and delivery.
