APG Workforce, in partnership with a leading poultry manufacturer based in Griffith, is seeking a Time & Attendance Officer to join the team.

You will support the site with timesheet preparation, Kronos reporting, and time & attendance administration to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Key duties include preparing weekly timesheets, managing T&A queries, investigating discrepancies, interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements, processing adjustments, and training managers on Kronos usage.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll or time & attendance systems (Kronos preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
• Ability to interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Good communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare weekly timesheets and run Kronos reports.
• Manage time & attendance queries from employees and supervisors.
• Investigate and correct T&A discrepancies.
• Interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Process manual adjustments including allowances and leave payments.
• Assist with training managers and supervisors in using Kronos.
