Job summary

Chandler Macleod Group is seeking a Time and Attendance Officer to support the Baiada operation in Beresfield, NSW. You will assist weekly payroll processing by managing time and attendance data, reporting, adjustments, and troubleshooting discrepancies.

Based in Beresfield, the role requires strong numeracy, high accuracy, and excellent communication, with Kronos familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft Office to ensure accurate payment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly timesheets to support payroll processing deadlines.
• Perform Kronos updates/manipulations and run Kronos reports to enable timesheet approval.
• Process time & attendance change requests from the business.
• Complete manual adjustments (allowances, leave payments, corrections).
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in time & attendance data.
• Manage and respond to time & attendance queries, escalating as required.
