Chandler Macleod is recruiting a Time and Attendance Officer to support Baiada, Beresfield, with weekly payroll processing and time and attendance data management. You will handle reporting, adjustments and troubleshooting discrepancies to ensure accurate payments.

The role requires precision, strong numeracy and excellent organisational skills, with experience in Kronos and MS Office preferred. Flexible availability including public holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll data entry and reconciliation.
• Attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication with payroll stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word for reporting.

Responsabilités

• Prepare weekly timesheets to support payroll deadlines.
• Perform Kronos updates and run Kronos reports for approvals.
• Process time and attendance change requests.
• Complete manual adjustments (allowances, leave, corrections).
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in time and attendance data.
• Respond to time and attendance queries and escalate when needed.
