Chandler Macleod is recruiting a Time and Attendance Officer to support Baiada, Beresfield, with weekly payroll processing and time and attendance data management. You will handle reporting, adjustments and troubleshooting discrepancies to ensure accurate payments.

The role requires precision, strong numeracy and excellent organisational skills, with experience in Kronos and MS Office preferred. Flexible availability including public holidays may be required.

Chandler Macleod is seeking a Time and Attendance Officer to support the team at Baiada, Beresfield.

Passionate about producing premium quality poultry products through the Lilydale Free Range and Steggles brands, our client Baiada, have been bringing Australian families together at the dinner table since 1919! In this position you will support weekly payroll processing by managing time and attendance data, including reporting, adjustments, and troubleshooting discrepancies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare weekly timesheets to support payroll processing deadlines
• Perform Kronos updates/manipulations and run Kronos reportsto enable timesheet approval
• Process time & attendance change requests from the business
• Complete manual adjustments (allowances, leave payments, corrections)
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in time & attendance data
• Manage and respond to time & attendance queries, escalating issues where required
