Job summary

EPHealthcare group is seeking a driven aesthetics sales professional to manage Melbourne’s North Eastern suburbs, nurture clinic relationships and drive new business. You’ll engage cosmetic physicians, nurses and practice owners, understand their priorities, present tailored solutions and coordinate product education and demonstrations with the wider team.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in aesthetic injectables or capital devices.
• Track record of meeting targets and winning new accounts.
• Strong account management and growing revenue within existing customers.
• Ability to uncover needs, handle objections and secure commitments.
• Disciplined territory planning and consistent follow-through.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
• Dermal filler or nursing background may help if coupled with clear sales results.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of territory performance, planning and sales targets.
• Grow existing accounts through stronger relationships and broader portfolio uptake.
• Identify, approach and convert prospective clinic customers.
• Understand customer needs and present commercially relevant solutions.
• Coordinate product education, demonstrations and training with the wider team.
• Represent the business at workshops, educational meetings and industry events.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and follow through on customer commitments.
