EPHealthcare in Melbourne's North Eastern Suburbs is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager for Facial Aesthetics. You will partner with aesthetic clinics, build trusted relationships and expand the portfolio across existing and new accounts.

This consultative role combines education, demonstrations and in-clinic training to grow your territory while delivering measurable sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics sales or medical devices.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Melbourne.
• Eligible to work in Australia with a full driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan.
• Grow sales across established and prospective aesthetic clinics.
• Build long-term relationships with cosmetic physicians, nurses and clinic owners.
• Deliver product education, demonstrations and in-clinic training.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term customers.
• Represent the company at workshops, educational meetings and industry events.
• Consistently achieve and exceed territory sales objectives.
