Bainbridge Pty Ltd seeks a Territory Sales Manager to own and grow a defined South Australian portfolio. You will deepen retailer partnerships, drive quarterly targets, and shape territory strategy from visits, product demos, and field events.
Based in SA with regular travel across the region, you will collaborate with internal teams and represent a proudly Australian-owned company with a long heritage. An incentive program and company vehicle support your success.
Join Australia's leading diversified supplier of merchandise across the rural, fodder, pet and equine retail sectors.
Shape the sales growth, customer support and reputation of our business over the long term with a unique structure for the right candidate.
You'll take ownership of an established territory representing an extensive portfolio of trusted products supplied to retailers in South Australia, backed by an award winning Australian owned business established in 1922.
With an established customer base, territory budget and customer run list already in place, you'll have the structure and autonomy to make the territory your own.

You'll spend time in the field engaging with store owners, managers, purchasing officers and corporate retail groups. From regular store visits and business reviews to product demonstrations, field days and industry events, every week will offer something different.
You’ll:
Grow and manage an established customer portfolio across South Australia, achieving quarterly sales targets and territory budgets.
Identify new business opportunities, introduce suitable product ranges and develop strategies to increase market share.
Be a genuine partner to our retailers and provide in guidance, in store assistance and merchandising solutions to help grow their business.
Build trusted relationships with store owners, managers, purchasing officers and key contacts within corporate retail groups.
Manage the complete sales process with our highly regarded and current award winning customer service team (as voted nationally by independent retailers).
Develop annual territory strategies, plan quarterly travel and customer schedules, and maintain accurate activity and customer records in Opmetrix.
Collaborate with internal teams, represent Bainbridge at industry events and share customer and market insights to support business growth.
At Bainbridge, you’ll join:
A business that recognises customer service is what we sell.
100% Australian-owned, family-run and proudly independent business established in 1922.
Impressive track record and pipeline of new product development.
Diverse business supplying a wide range of categories from our warehouses in Brisbane and Perth, and now operating in New Zealand.

Tailored onboarding and product training based on your experience and development needs.
A workplace that recognises sales results, strong customer relationships and long-term value.
Opportunities to connect with the wider team through conferences, field days and industry events.
This role includes regular travel throughout metro Adelaide and Adelaide Hills with monthly travel to regional South Australia, some interstate travel and occasional weekend attendance at industry events (for example, retailer trade shows).
