Job summary

Pioneer Seeds in Western Australia is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop and maintain close commercial relationships with resellers, influencers and canola producers. You will be part of the WA client-facing team reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

You will actively promote Pioneer products, connect with the farmer network, and work with resellers to develop business plans and forecasts. The role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for mentoring and national

Qualifications

Demonstrated sales experience within the agricultural industry.
Experience working in territory management.
Sound commercial acumen with well-developed sales skills.
Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
A positive and proactive team player.

Responsibilities

Actively promoting, recommending and selling Pioneer products.
Connecting with the farmer network and ensuring all customer activity is correctly tracked.
Working with resellers across the territory to develop, monitor and implement business plans and forecasting reports.
Representing the business and brand at relevant industry functions and field days.
Working closely with management to ensure activity is aligned across the group.
