Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in capital equipment, machinery, or agricultural sales.
• Strong knowledge of WA agriculture and seasonal business cycles.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
• Ability to communicate value, ROI, and whole‑of‑life cost to customers
• Confidence presenting, negotiating, and closing mid‑to‑high‑value deals
• A valid driver licence and willingness to travel regionally

This role is ideal for a proactive salesperson who understands the unique demands of modern farming and knows how to build strong, trust‑based relationships with growers, contractors, and dealer networks.

What you will do:

• Drive end‑to‑end capital sales across WA’s key agricultural regions
• Grow market share through strategic account development and territory planning
• Engage with farmers, contractors, distributors, and industry partners
• Conduct product demonstrations and support customers on‑farm
• Identify emerging opportunities across broadacre cropping, livestock, and mixed farming
