Job summary

Mondelez International in Melbourne is seeking a driven Field Sales professional to grow base sales and promotions in Mildura, Swan Hill and surrounding areas. You will visit customers on a planned cycle, support them to achieve strong outcomes, and maximise shelf impact through effective merchandising.

The role requires experience in FMCG sales, coaching merchandisers, and a willingness to travel up to once or twice a month overnight. A valid Australian driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with strong planning and drive for results.
• Experience in major and/or independent supermarkets.
• Experience in sales within FMCG preferred.
• Coaching capability to work with merchandisers.
• Willing to travel; occasional overnight stays.
• Must hold a valid Australian driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customers on a planned cycle to maximise sales and promotions.
• Ensuring maximum visual impact and shelf availability through merchandising.
• Implementing and monitoring promotional activities across retailers.
• Ensuring point of buying materials placement and execution.
