Mondelēz International in Melbourne is seeking a Cadbury Territory Manager to cover Outer West Melbourne. You will visit customers on a planned cycle to drive sales, support promotions, and optimise shelf presence.

The role requires planning, drive for results, and coordination with merchandisers. A fully maintained company vehicle, phone, laptop and iPad are provided, with opportunities to progress within the business.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with strong planning and drive for results.
• Experience in Sales is preferred but not required.
• Coaching capability to work with merchandisers.
• Willingness to travel within the Outer West Melbourne area.
• Must hold a valid Australian driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customers on a planned cycle to maximise sales and promotions.
• Ensure maximum visual impact and shelf availability via merchandising.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities across major retailers.
• Ensure placement and use of point-of-buy materials.
