Mondelēz International is seeking a results-driven Sales role in Mildura to visit customers on a planned cycle, promote products, and maximise on-shelf presence. You’ll support retailers with promotions and ensure strong merchandising while providing excellent service and building lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate will have FMCG sales experience, coaching ability for merchandisers, and a valid Australian driver’s license with a willingness to travel up to twice a month as required.

Qualifications

• Experience working within major and/or independent supermarkets is essential.
• Experience in Sales within the fast-moving consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
• Coaching capability to work with merchandisers.
• Must hold a valid Australian driver’s license and be willing to travel (overnight stays up to 1-2 times a month).

Responsabilités

• Visit customers on a planned cycle and support them to maximise sales and promotions.
• Ensure maximum visual impact and optimal shelf availability through merchandising.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities across retailers including major supermarkets and convenience stores.
• Ensure point-of-buy materials placement and execution.
