BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Sales Engineer to own a territory across Australia’s East Coast, with a focus on NSW and Victoria. This home-based role spends most time in front of end users, developing new business opportunities and managing pipeline through resellers.

You will interact with electrical contractors, utilities, rail operators and industrial firms, delivering technical solutions, demonstrations and training to support growth across the Australian market.

Competenze

Experience in engineering or technical field sales within electrical/industrial/utilities/rail/power sectors.
Strong commercial awareness and business development capability.
Able to engage with stakeholders from branch managers to engineers and contractors.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work autonomously.
Full driving licence is required.

Mansioni

Develop new business opportunities while managing and converting the existing project pipeline.
Sell through reseller channels following the sales process.
Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and training to customers.
Opportunity to grow the Australian business and open new premises by 2029.
