Job summary

Future You is partnering with an established Australian owned B2B business seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own NSW, with a strong focus on South West Sydney. This is a field-based role combining account management, new business development and solution selling across industrial sectors.

You will inherit an existing customer base while identifying opportunities, delivering tailored proposals, and working with technical and service teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in territory sales, field sales, BDM or account management.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts while developing new business.
• Strong relationship building and consultative selling skills.
• Comfort engaging with operational, technical, procurement and commercial stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously across a geographic territory.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing an established portfolio of B2B customers.
• Developing new business through prospecting, referrals, networking and face to face meetings.
• Building relationships across construction, civil, transport, logistics, manufacturing, waste and industrial sectors.
• Conducting regular customer site visits and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Selling a combination of equipment, services and technology solutions.
• Identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Preparing proposals, pricing and commercial agreements.
• Working closely with technical and service teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Managing your sales pipeline, forecasting and CRM activity.
• Developing and executing a territory plan to drive revenue growth.
