BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Sales Engineer to own a territory along Australia’s East Coast, focusing on NSW and Victoria.

This home-based role blends technical solutions with commercial influence, spending most time with end users and channel partners to develop new business opportunities. You will demo products, provide trainings, and manage a growing project pipeline across electrical connections, cable management, and infrastructure applications, with a clear progression path toward

Qualifications

Experience in engineering or technical field sales within electrical, industrial, utilities, rail, power or related sectors.
Strong commercial awareness and business development capabilities.
Able to engage with stakeholders from branch managers to engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities

Lead growth of the territory across Australia’s East Coast and NSW/VIctoria focus.
Develop new business opportunities and manage a project pipeline through reseller channels.
Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and training to end users and partners.
Support customers with technical solutions across electrical connections, cable management, tooling and infrastructure applications.
