Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. in Australia seeks a Sales Engineer to own a territory across the East Coast, focusing on NSW and Victoria. This home-based role puts you in front of end users, developing new business opportunities and managing a project pipeline via reseller channels.

You will engage with contractors, utilities, rail operators and industrial customers, delivering technical solutions, demonstrations and training while expanding the business toward new premises by 2029.

Qualifications

Proven experience in engineering or technical field sales within relevant sectors.
Strong commercial awareness and business development capability.
Able to engage with stakeholders from branch managers to engineers.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable working autonomously.
Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities while managing and converting an existing project pipeline through reseller channels.
Engage with electrical contractors, utilities, rail operators and industrial customers.
Deliver technical solutions, product demonstrations, presentations and training.
Build the Australian business and open new premises by 2029.
