Job summary
BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Sales Engineer to own a territory across Australia’s East Coast, especially NSW and Victoria. This home-based role centers on new business, pipeline management, and solution selling through reseller channels.
You will demonstrate products, present to diverse customers, and train end users while building the Australian business for long-term growth and eventual Country Manager progression.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in engineering or technical field sales within sectors such as electrical, industrial, utilities, rail, power or related industries.
- Strong commercial awareness and business development capability.
- Able to engage with stakeholders ranging from branch managers and procurement teams to engineers and contractors.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable working autonomously.
- Full driving licence required.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth of an emerging territory across Australia’s East Coast, focusing on NSW and Victoria.
- Develop new business opportunities and manage a project pipeline via reseller channels.
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and training to customers.
- Engage with electrical contractors, utilities, rail operators and wholesale partners to broaden market presence.
