Job summary

The Arnott's Group is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the WA Field Sales team covering South East Perth and surrounding areas. You will manage about 40 customers across Coles, Woolworths and independent grocery stores, driving in-store execution and identifying growth opportunities.

Reporting to the Zone Manager WA, you’ll lead two part-time Sales Support Reps, balance day-to-day execution with forward planning, and operate with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous FMCG, retail, grocery, merchandising or field sales experience preferred, but not essential.
• Australian driver’s licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with ~40 Coles, Woolworths and independent grocery customers.
• Drive strong in-store execution across ranging, distribution, availability, displays and promotions.
• Identify incremental sales and merchandising opportunities across the territory.
• Lead, support and motivate two part-time Sales Support Representatives.
• Collaborate with store-level decision-makers to improve outcomes for customers and brands.
• Manage territory merchandising budget effectively.
• Plan call cycles and priorities to maximise time in market.
• Contribute as a member of the WA Field Sales team.
• Maintain strict adherence to workplace health and safety requirements.
