Job summary

The Arnott’s Group in Sydney is seeking a Territory Manager to own a busy North Western Sydney metro territory, overseeing ~30 retail outlets and leading 3 SSRs. You’ll spend about 4.5 days weekly in trade, building strong relationships with Coles, Woolworths and Independents while turning business plans into in-store results.

You’ll bring energy, curiosity and a hands-on leadership style, with a focus on sales, planning and execution across a dynamic metro region.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, field sales or FMCG environments.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Hands-on leader able to manage a small field team.
• Good planning and organisational capability over a metro territory.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory of approximately 30 retail outlets in North Western Sydney.
• Spend around 4.5 days per week in trade visiting customers and stores.
• Work with key customers including Coles, Woolworths and Independents.
• Lead and support 3 SSRs across the territory.
• Translate plans into strong in-store execution and drive sales.
