Job summary

The Arnott’s Group is seeking a Territory Manager – North Western Sydney to own a busy metro territory across Castle Hill, Rouse Hill, Dural, Baulkham Hills and Marsden Park and surrounds. You’ll manage about 30 retail outlets, work with Coles, Woolworths and Independent customers, and lead 3 SSRs.

This hands-on role spends most of the week in trade, building relationships and turning plans into in-store execution, with time for admin and planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, field sales or FMCG environments.
• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence with customers.
• Hands-on approach with enthusiasm for field work.
• Strong planning and organisational capability across a geographically spread territory.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory of approximately 30 retail outlets across North Western Sydney.
• Spend around 4.5 days per week in trade, visiting customers and stores.
• Work across key customers including Coles, Woolworths and Independents.
• Lead and support 3 SSRs across the territory.
• Translate business plans and priorities into strong in-store execution.
• Build productive relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Drive sales and execution across your territory.
• Plan your territory effectively to ensure priorities are delivered in the right stores.
