Job summary

The Arnott’s Group is seeking a commercially minded Territory Manager for the VIC Warrnambool region, covering Warrnambool, Colac, Torquay, Hamilton and Portland. You will lead two Merchandisers, strengthen relationships with store leaders and drive best-in-class execution across the territory.

You’ll own the territory like your own business, delivering incremental sales opportunities while collaborating with the wider field team on state and national priorities, leveraging Arnott’s iconic

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or retail preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Strong relationship building with in-store decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 2 Merchandisers to deliver execution.
• Build trusted relationships with in-store decision makers across 28 stores.
• Drive in-store merchandising excellence and compliance.
• Identify and deliver incremental sales opportunities across the territory.
• Manage territory performance across 28 stores (Coles, Woolworths, Independents).
• Own the territory and act as a small business owner.
• Partner with the field team to deliver state and national priorities.
