Job summary

The Arnott's Group on the NSW Mid North Coast is seeking a hands-on Territory Leader to own a patch from Kempsey to Forster/Tuncurry. You will coach a team of three Sales Support Representatives, manage 27 stores and drive promotional activity, brand initiatives and category performance across your territory.

Reporting to the Zone Manager, you’ll combine relationship-building, sales execution and strategic planning with strong negotiation skills to expand in-store visibility and grow revenue

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, grocery, retail or a customer-facing sales environment.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with confidence.
• Experience leading, coaching or developing others is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and territory planning capability.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with store leadership teams across your territory.
• Coaching and supporting a team of three Sales Support Representatives.
• Delivering exceptional execution of promotional activity, displays and brand initiatives.
• Identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve category performance.
• Negotiating additional space and in-store visibility for our brands.
• Using insights and store performance data to influence decisions and priorities.
• Planning effective call cycles and territory coverage.
• Collaborating closely with your Zone Manager and broader NSW team.
