Job summary

The Arnott’s Group is seeking a commercially minded Territory Manager to own and grow our VIC Warrnambool territory, covering Warrnambool, Colac, Torquay, Hamilton and Portland. You will lead a small merchandiser team, strengthen in-store partnerships and drive execution across a diverse regional and resort trading store network.

• Build trusted relationships with key in-store decision makers.
• Drive best-in-class merchandising and in-store execution.
• Identify and deliver incremental sales opportunities across the territory.
• Manage 28-store territory (Coles, Woolworths, Independent).
• Own your territory—treat it like your own business.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 2 Merchandisers to deliver consistent execution.
• Build trusted relationships with key in-store decision makers.
• Drive best-in-class merchandising and compliance execution.
• Identify and deliver incremental sales opportunities across the territory.
• Manage territory performance across 28-store territory (7 Coles, 9 Woolworths, 12 Independent).
• Take full ownership of your territory—treating it like your own business.
• Partner with the wider field team to deliver state and national priorities.
