Job summary

The Arnott's Group is seeking a part-time Merchandiser/Sales Support Representative to join our Warrnambool area team. This permanent 15-hour-per-week role requires you to visit stores, set up displays, and support sales objectives while maintaining strong store relationships.

Applicants should have access to their own car and some FMCG or merchandising experience. The role offers flexibility across 2–3 days per week and a positive, team‑oriented culture in a leading food business.

Merchandiser/ Sales Support Representative

Warrnambool Area

• Approx. 15 hours per week

The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us within a high performing team as a Sales Support Representative in the Warrnambool, Hamilton, Portland & Terang area.

This is a permanent part time position with a requirement to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the requirement to flex up when needed depending on workload. You will need to be available 2-3 days per week and must have access to your own car.

About the Role

To establish at store level a visual presence through the building & maintenance of displays in line with identified trade standards and maintaining adequate stock cover. Given frequent contact with Customer store staff, a basic understanding of selling is required to assist with limited selling tasks such as selling in, confirming, or upgrading The Arnott's Group promotional activity.
