Job summary

KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG in Brisbane is seeking a Territory Manager for Upper Body QLD to drive sales of devices and consumables to hospitals within the defined territory.

You will develop territory plans, build strong customer relationships, and convey detailed technical information. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in medical devices sales; you will manage CRM data, deliver monthly reports, and participate in events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, science, medicine, business or related discipline highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in medical devices and instrumentation highly desirable.
• Ability to understand and impart technical knowledge across a broad portfolio of products.
• A valid driver's license and work rights in Australia essential.
• Proactive self-management in owning your business and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote a range of devices and consumables to hospitals within a defined territory.
• Prepare sales and territory plans to identify specific commercial opportunities.
• Build excellent customer relationships and convey technical information clearly.
• Meet customer and territory KPIs and follow up on leads promptly.
• Maintain CRM data and provide monthly activity/sales reports.
• Attend marketing events, seminars, and clinical workshops as required.
• Conduct territory reviews with sales management and implement strategies.
