Job summary

Karl Storz Australia is seeking a proactive medical devices Sales Specialist to drive territory growth in New South Wales. You will develop sales and territory plans, build strong customer relationships, share technical product knowledge and meet territory KPIs.

You will follow up leads, prepare proposals, maintain CRM data, and participate in marketing events and clinical workshops. A nursing/medical/biotech background and 5+ years of medical device sales are highly desirable.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years sales experience in medical devices and instrumentation.
Ability to understand and impart technical knowledge across a broad portfolio of products.
Strong commitment to achieving company objectives and ethical sales practices.

Responsibilities

Prepare sales and territory plans to identify commercial opportunities.
Build excellent customer relationships and impart product knowledge and technical information.
Meet customer and territory KPIs and follow up on leads and referrals.
Maintain CRM data and prepare monthly activity or sales reports.
Participate in marketing events, seminars, trade exhibitions and clinical workshops.
Attend occasional weekends or evening events as necessary.
Complete administrative tasks within required timeframes.
Conduct territory reviews with sales management and follow company policies.
