The Territory Manager role based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, is to be the primary contact for Clinical Product Managers, nurses, and healthcare buyers, building long-term relationships to drive sales. You will travel regionally across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba, with travel around 10%.

Applicants should have a science or nursing degree or equivalent sales experience in medical devices or pharma, with 3+ years in account management and strong communication,

Qualifications

• University degree in science, nursing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years sales/account management in medical devices or pharma.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Strong teamwork and networking skills with commercial awareness.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary contact for customers in QLD to build long-term relationships and exceed sales targets.
• Achieve revenue targets, grow market share, and gain positive customer feedback.
• Win new customers and develop long-term relationships with existing ones.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Cover Queensland with travel across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba; travel ~10%.
