Job summary

Medtronic in Sydney is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead ENT portfolio sales across NSW. You will build partnerships with ENT surgeons and hospital stakeholders, drive adoption of ENT solutions, and achieve regional growth targets.

Reporting to Regional Sales Manager, you will travel to accounts, deliver product demonstrations, provide clinical education, and collaborate with marketing, medical affairs and product development to shape customer value.

Qualifications

• High school certificate (Year 12) is minimum requirement.
• Proven success in a territory-based medical device sales role, ideally within ENT, surgical, operating theatre, or a related healthcare specialty.
• Ability to travel as required to meet customer requirements in assigned territory, conferences, and business meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and sales growth of ENT portfolio by partnering with ENT surgeons, theatre teams, and healthcare stakeholders to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Build trusted partnerships with ENT specialists, key opinion leaders, nursing staff, and hospital decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and support expansion of ENT procedures through territory planning and account development.
• Provide expert product support in operating theatre and clinical environments with confidence in ENT technologies.
• Deliver product demonstrations, clinical education sessions, and training programs for customer expertise.
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical teams to understand challenges and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Analyse market dynamics and trends within ENT to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market position.
• Execute strategic plans and market development initiatives to accelerate portfolio growth and access to ENT therapies.
• Gather clinical insights and feedback to shape future innovations and commercial strategies.
