Job summary

Peters Ice Cream is seeking a Territory Manager to join our Out of Home Sales Team in Victoria. You will manage an existing customer base and pursue new business opportunities within the Victorian Western Suburbs, Ballarat, Geelong area, and surrounding regions.

You will report to the Field Sales Manager, receive a fully maintained company vehicle, phone and tablet, and have a clear path to grow with one of Australia’s iconic brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, retail or field sales is preferred but not essential.
• Outgoing, approachable with a sales focus.
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical abilities.
• Self-motivated, highly organised and able to work autonomously.
• Safe driver history and willingness to travel quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and develop existing customers.
• Manage key accounts within your territory.
• Deliver on sales KPI’s.
• Negotiate with key business decision makers.
• Drive compliance and distribution within your customer base.
• Manage PFD Lara branch relationship.
• Overnight travel required quarterly.
