Job summary

Diversey, a Solenis company, is recruiting a commercially minded Territory Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen distributor partnerships across NSW. You will achieve sales and margin targets while building relationships with customers, distributors and stakeholders.

The role requires identifying growth opportunities, delivering technical support, and ensuring customers receive value from Diversey’s solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales and achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing customer accounts and territories.
• Strong relationship-building with customers, distributors and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Solid commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.
• Current driver’s license with willingness to travel within the territory.
• Experience in hygiene, cleaning, hospitality, food processing, healthcare, facilities or chemicals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profitability across your territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Conduct customer reviews and business planning meetings.
• Partner with distributors to drive sales performance and market growth.
• Coach and support distributor sales teams through regular field visits.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and technical advice.
• Manage service schedules and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and business updates to management.
