Job summary

Diversey is seeking a commercially minded Territory Manager to drive sales growth across NSW and build strong relationships with customers and distributors. You will focus on achieving sales targets, delivering value, and supporting the distributor network with technical and service guidance.

You will identify opportunities, conduct reviews and business planning meetings, and ensure accurate reporting and forecasts to management while travel within the territory as required.

Qualifications

• B2B sales or territory management experience is required.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and grow customer accounts.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Experience in hygiene/cleaning/industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profitability across the territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Conduct customer reviews and business planning meetings.
• Partner with distributors to drive sales and market growth.
• Coach and support distributor sales teams through field visits.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical advice.
• Manage service schedules and contractual obligations.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Provide reporting, forecasting and business updates to management.
