Job summary

Diversey is seeking a hands-on Technical Service Representative to support customers across North Sydney, Northern Beaches, Hornsby and Parramatta. You will install, maintain and service dispensing equipment, while providing training and technical support to customers.

This field-based role hinges on problem-solving, building strong customer relationships and working independently, with opportunities to advance through on-site training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service, equipment maintenance or technical support.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Service Representative to support our growing customer base in North Sydney, Northern Beaches, Hornsby and Parramatta regions. This field-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building strong customer relationships and working independently while delivering outstanding technical service.

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and servicing of dispensing equipment and systems, while providing customers with training and technical support. You'll play an important role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and achieve the best outcomes from our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission dispensing and dosing equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs.

• A current driver's licence.
