Diversey, a Solenis company, is seeking a commercially minded Territory Manager to drive sales across NSW. You will grow revenue, strengthen distributor partnerships and deliver technical support to customers across hospitality, healthcare, food service and industrial sectors.

Based in Sydney, you will manage relationships with key stakeholders, present solutions, conduct product demonstrations and ensure you meet contractual obligations while pursuing market growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or territory management.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and grow accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Grow sales and profitability across the assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Identify new business within existing and prospective accounts.
• Conduct business reviews and planning meetings.
• Partner with distributors to drive sales and market growth.
• Support distributor sales teams with field visits.
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and technical advice.
• Ensure contractual obligations and service schedules are met.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Provide reporting, forecasts and updates to management.
