Job summary

Medtronic in Sydney is seeking an experienced Territory Manager for its Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) portfolio. You will drive adoption, build relationships with ENT surgeons, nursing staff and hospital decision-makers, and provide expert product support in theatre and clinical environments.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will deliver compelling product demonstrations, lead education sessions, and work with cross-functional teams to expand market access and improve patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High school certificate (Year 12)
• Proven success in territory-based medical device sales, ideally ENT

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and sales growth of ENT portfolio across assigned territory
• Build trusted partnerships with ENT surgeons, theatre teams and hospital decision-makers
• Provide expert product support in operating theatre and clinical settings
• Deliver product demonstrations and training to improve customer expertise
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical teams to address procedural challenges and improve outcomes
• Analyze market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and expand access to ENT therapies
