Job summary

EPHealthcare is seeking a motivated medical device sales professional to lead a neurosurgery portfolio across NSW South and ACT. You will engage surgeons, theatre staff and clinical stakeholders to drive product evaluations and adoption in major public and private hospitals.

The role offers a balanced lifestyle with strong clinical engagement and opportunities to expand within a national neuro team. Experience in neurosurgery is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Medical device sales experience within hospitals or surgical environments (essential).
• Confidence working with surgeons, theatre staff and clinical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-driven and team-oriented approach.
• Experience in neurosurgery advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a neurosurgery territory across NSW South and ACT.
• Partner with neurosurgeons, theatre nurses, purchasing and clinical stakeholders.
• Drive growth across a premium portfolio of neurosurgical consumables, implants and capital equipment.
• Support product evaluations, onboarding and education within hospital environments.
• Identify growth opportunities across existing and new accounts.
• Work collaboratively with an experienced Victorian and national neuro team.
