Job summary

Medtronic Australia is seeking an experienced Territory Manager for the Ear, Nose and Throat portfolio based in Sydney. You will drive adoption, engage with ENT surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital stakeholders, and lead product demonstrations and clinical education to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school certificate (Year 12) is the minimum requirement.
• Proven success in a territory-based medical device sales role, ideally within ENT, surgical, operating theatre, or related healthcare.
• Ability to travel as required to meet customer requirements in assigned territory, conferences, and business meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and sales growth of ENT portfolio by partnering with ENT surgeons, theatre teams, and healthcare stakeholders across the territory.
