Job summary

Stryker Group in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Territory Manager for the Neurosurgical division to own and grow the portfolio across North Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle. You will work with surgeons, theatre staff and hospital stakeholders to deliver clinical and commercial value and build trusted relationships, enabling adoption of innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales with a record of meeting targets.
• Customer-centric mindset with capacity to grow your territory.
• Ability to analyse data and trends for planning, forecasting and identifying opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills to build relationships across hospital functions.
• Experience in leveraging financial solutions to drive sales targets and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market share by achieving territory targets and business objectives.

• Provide clinical support and product expertise during surgical procedures.
