Qualifications

Minimum education requirement is High School Diploma (Year 12).
Proven sales experience selling into hospitals and healthcare settings.
Strong understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare system and experience in operating theatres.
Solid clinical knowledge to engage surgeons and medical staff.
Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Medtronic's Hernia portfolio within an assigned territory to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, hospital decision-makers, and distribution partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, assess customer needs, and deliver tailored product solutions.
Provide product support, clinical education, and training to ensure optimal adoption of Medtronic technologies.
Plan and execute territory growth strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
