Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a driven Territory Manager to grow sales and market share in the Adelaide region, focusing on Community Wound Care and Continence Care. You will partner with community nurses, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders to deliver clinical education and expand Coloplast’s presence with innovative solutions.

You will manage territory plans, build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device/healthcare sales.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Commercially minded with blend of clinical knowledge and customer insights.
• Excellent territory planning, organisational and time management.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Motivated and aligned with Coloplast values.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across the wound care and continence portfolios by executing an effective territory plan.
• Build and maintain relationships with community nurses, clinicians, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts and market share.
• Deliver product education, clinical in-services, and customer events to support adoption of Coloplast solutions.
• Execute territory call plans and customer engagement activities using CRM and sales tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and provide market insights.
