Job summary

Heng & Hurst is seeking a medical device sales professional or clinical specialist looking to move into sales in Brisbane South. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with a dynamic team to grow adoption of innovative products that improve patient outcomes in wound care and diabetes foot disease.

The role focuses on building regional/ national Key Opinion Leaders, engaging clinicians with robust clinical data, securing product listings, and identifying growth

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Territory Manager in medical devices, consumables, or pharmaceuticals.
• Wound care/diabetes foot disease experience is advantageous.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Strong clinical aptitude and business acumen.
• Passion for winning with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.

Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• developing Regional/National Key Opinion Leaders
• engaging with healthcare customers and ensuring confidence in these products through utilising clinical evidence and data
• achievement of product listing across key accounts
• analysing and interpreting data to identify growth opportunities

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• a proven track record as a Territory manager in medical device/consumables or pharmaceuticals; experience using clinical papers will be highly regarded
• chronic wound care/diabetes foot disease experience is advantageous
• excellent relationship building skills
• a strong clinical aptitude and business acumen
• a passion for winning, a positive attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset
