Job summary

Brandt is seeking a Territory Manager to drive agricultural equipment sales in the Leongatha region. You will develop and grow customer relationships with farmers, contractors, and agribusinesses, promoting a premium portfolio of equipment solutions across your territory.

Representing brands including John Deere, you will conduct customer visits, run demonstrations, and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets while collaborating with Parts, Service, and Branch teams to

Qualifications

Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Previous sales experience preferred but not essential, on the job training and support provided.

Responsibilities

Managing and growing an assigned sales territory.
Building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Promoting and selling John Deere and other equipment solutions.
Conducting customer visits, equipment demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
Identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term customer partnerships.
Achieving sales targets and market share objectives.
Maintaining accurate customer and territory information.
Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends.
Supporting customer events, demonstrations, and industry functions.
Working collaboratively with Parts, Service, and Branch teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
