Job summary

The Jaybro Group's Work Zone Solutions unit seeks an experienced State Manager to drive growth across Queensland. Based in Carole Park, you will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and lead the regional sales plan to meet growth goals.

You will build strong customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, conduct site visits, presentations and product demonstrations to secure major projects and tenders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a B2B technical sales role.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to build strong and influential relationships.
• Self-motivated with ownership of results.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Construction Tier 1 and rental sectors.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Act as a key contact for major projects, tenders and supplier agreements.
• Resolve issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams to ensure high service levels.
• Develop and implement a regional sales plan aligned to growth goals.
• Track sales metrics and conduct quarterly reviews with top-tier customers.
